Lofts at Clifford Brown Walk

Chatham Bay acquired, entitled, designed, and completed the historic restoration and conversion of the former 1920s warehouse into 80 contemporary live/work lofts that feature large open floor plans, original exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and skylights.

The project involved a number of complexities including structured finance involving municipal bonds, TIFF’s, and historic tax credits, as well as extensive environmental remediation, and detailed historic renovation.

The project was financed in partnership with The Apple Computer.
